Anna Benson leads this 52 min. workout to tighten the interior pelvic diaphragm, as well as sculpt a lovely exterior 'wardrobe'. Workout combines weights, cardio and yoga into a 'fusion' to increase fat loss and reverse aging. Includes special exercises for the pelvic floor to reduce incontinence. Posture will improve as flexibility increases.
Yoga & Core Warm Up (12 Minutes): After yoga sun salutation, both incline and prone wedge positions provide comfort & increase range of motion for superior core results.
Standing Lower & Upper Body (26 Minutes): Step squats combine with core/diaphragm exercises. Target hip-thigh curves with heart pumping "needle crouches". Step & ball pushups build the arms and chest. "spider toggles" & warrior lat rows fuse Western strength & Eastern flexibility. "wedge foam" step downs & dips sculpt hips with a low, comfortable trigger position.
Yoga, Sculpt & Pelvic Diaphragm (14 Minutes): Supine wedge actions combine decline flys with low-core hyper-extensions. The wedge & the step make suping bridge/triceps super effective. Simultaneous internal diaphragm reps improve control & mental focus. Yoga, plough, shoulder stand & bridge are safe & comfortable on the foam wedge. Seated medicine ball stretch improves "starfish alignment" & flexibility.
